The Solution

We leveraged the diversity of the city and conceptualised an aspirational quiz to allow the audience to discover their personality, and suggest the activities and places to go while they are in Canberra. We created four personality categories as follows:

  • The Nature Lover
  • The Indulgence Seeker
  • The Road Tripper
  • The Culture Vulture

Using simple guiding questions like their attire and travelling essentials, we created algorithms on the microsite to match their personality and recommend the things that they can do. On top of that, we used this to capture interested audiences particulars and link them up to SIA’s CRM database systems.
