A rebranding exercise to create content-based e-commerce with a comprehensive brand story. While Alpro Pharmacy is the largest prescription pharmacy chain in Malaysia, the new portal needed to create an effective online platform where users could purchase items in the most efficient manner. User retention is key.
UX is taken to the next level where we integrated the portal with Doc2us, providing users with the convenience to chat and consult in real-time with a fully registered doctor. This leads to medicine e-prescription and eventually achieving a successful electronic prescribing system (EPS).
